Mark Tyler was absolutely wonderful! I was house hunting for over a year before I found the house I wanted to purchase. He was very patient and did not pressure me to a buy houses I did not want to buy. He encouraged me to take as long as I needed, and was willing to drive from Flint to show me houses in Grand Rapids. He had quick response times and was often available I show me houses the same day I sent them to him. Mark used a collaborative approach in the home buying process. He would make helpful recommendations and ultimately do whatever I wanted to do in the situation. He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer questions in a way that I understood.
